I don't see anything wrong with this. I know the media has a job to do....and thats fine but they have been asking him that question all off season. Some stuff just gets old. I'm not a bama fan but I would get sick of the question too.

To be fair she asked him that same question at the beginning of the game. She waited until the final score to basically ask "well what do you think now?" He defended his player. It was a little snippy but he was perturbed. This is a non-story.

In my opinion, I think it's stupid that people are making a big deal about this, they were trying to make Saban say something bad about his qb. So, He's right they should quit asking

I don't blame Saban one bit. While reporters have a job to do, and a right to ask regarding the issue, Saban has a job as well- preserving team morale and avoiding controversy. The simple fact of the matter is that answering that question creates controversy and adversely impacts team morale. It is a historical fact that both quarterbacks have been instrumental to the team's success, and it's only natural that Saban is not going to want to place either of them in a negative public light. He was correct to get snappy- and correct to apologize, because he has now made his point crystal clear; namely, that the press should stop asking about the quarterback situation, and let the season play out.
