Notorious Arizona prisoner now accused of killing 3 inmates

As Arizona prison officials investigate a triple murder at a Tucson prison, the identity of the suspected killer is raising a host of other questions.

He literally instigated the longest stand off in U.S. Department Of Corrections History. That alone should have gotten him a room in a Super Max Prison

This country has the dumbest justice system ever. Any killer like this should’ve never been put in prison, should’ve been offed and dealt with permanently long ago instead of making tax payers pay for his long life in prison where he still kills and gets away with criminal acts.

Prisons are over-crowded, the news even reports on the subject. "why put a cell mate in with him?"

He was put in GP for a reason, 3 to be exact...

Smart move. Now he will be taken back and forth to court, which offers a far better chance to escape, than locked in a cell block. I'd keep both eyes on this one.

Dept. of Corrections should have never had him in General Population/he was supposed to be held in Administrative segregation closed custody/the hostage situation including sexually assaulting the hostage officer was grounds for closed custody!!!
