Can't believe Sony would not realize how important it would be to make the ear cushions compatible with large ears . Truly a sadly overlooked mistake by Sony thinking everyone who will want these has the same ear size as the average Japanese person

Just to inform: Any headset with stereo sound work with the Tempest 3D tech, its just an Dolby Atmos or Windows Sonic replacement, its the same tech

i think the video should have mentioned that sony pulse ( as previous models) has a button to balance the game volume vs chats. that's a killer feature I cannot do without anymore.

Don't sleep on Playstation Platinum. It supports 3d audio and can probly get it for less than 100. I am using them while playing Demon Souls remake

Tempest 3D audio is pretty much similar to identical with Xbox's Dolby Atmos/Windows Sonic's surround sound.

That means, 3D audio works best with 1st party games or games in general that support the feature.

Demon Soul's currently supports Tempest 3D audio so it will sound great and you should use it. Assasin Creed Valhalla however does not support Tempest nor 3D, so turning them off will actually make your headsets sound better rather than muffled.

The Pulse 3D headset is good enough. Unless you are someone who is extremely nitpicking then the Pulse is a really good one to use.
