I must say I really really respect the MAD Lions staff, players and all of management. You are really transparent with the fans, you own up to your mistakes and are not afraid to celebrate the things you are doing right. I honestly believe that with keeping the same staff (and especially Mac) and just improving without feeling the need to rebuild will get you very far. I am by no means an expert so take my opinion with a grain of salt, but as I said. I fully believe in this team and their capabilities.

I can't stress enough how happy I am to be a MAD fan despite the results, Mac is an incredible person and coach, and he is such an inspiring person. I love how you have commited to your philosphy and how good you have been at developing talent. I also love seeing such a video to explains the situation to every fan, this transparency is really great to see and makes us feel more commited towards the team. I am extremly hyped to see you again in summer split !

I love the transparency shown in this video. As a fan, I was really disappointed to go from winning back to back titles to not making playoffs. However, the win streak at the end gives me hope for summer split. Run it back and prove the org can develop talent.

It's so honorable to not only publicy adress the issues that the staff had been able to pinpont within MAD and the problems that the fans comment on, but to also describe them in such detail and giving us the insight while evaluating the impact they have,
speaking to us on the same eye level, talking about the goals, being as transparent as you can be.
I'm very happy to hear that the philosophy will not be changed, the MAD mentality is really amazing and although it can pose challenges, it really creates a wonderful team identity that I will definitely continue to support, no matter how much success it has!

As a Splyce turned MAD fan since that very first split it will be weird watching all of playoffs without seeing y'all in one series, but at the same time I trust you, Kaas, Pad, Aagie, Viking, Martina, and the boys on the team to turn it around. There was promise at the beginning of the split and improvements at the end. This was a disappointing split all together, but you guys still almost made playoffs. So some improvements here and there, and some chemistry improvements will, I think, really shoot you guys to the top.

I know I'm late but thanks for the transparency. I know I was quite upset on twitter but that was because I knew the team could play well and it seemed like the errors were somewhat obvious at times (such as when every analyst said we'd lose the game before it even started). Plus, as mentioned in the video there was a lot of indecision in the comms which you could hear in the voicecomms videos. However, I really liked the end to our stage, drafting better comps and doing much better in the teamfights. Keep up the form and keep working on different drafts and the teamfights over the break. If you do I think we can get to playoffs at the very least next split, and ideally we'll do one better and win.
