McCanna “Mac” Sinise “The Veterans”
Video Production: Schuyler Howie and Logan Vollmers
The Veterans is a composition Mac wrote for the documentary film Always Do A Little More. It is a film that tracks my personal history supporting the men and women who serve our country in uniform and at one point in the film when I am being interviewed I mention, the veterans. At that point, this piece of music begins playing so I decided that “The Veterans” would be the title of the song.
For Resurrection and Revival Part Two we created a suite of music from Mac’s other compositions for the film, but we decided to let this compostion stand on its own, with some beautiful new writing and arranging from Mac’s producing partner on the first album, Oliver Schnee.
