Enjoy this full POV of The Flooded Mine from Silver Dollar City! Opening in 1968, this attraction is unique because it combines the elements of an indoor boat ride with a shooting dark ride. The ride places you in the middle of county prison mine as the inmates attempt to escape during a flood. Floating ore carts carry riders through the flooded mine shafts, past jack hammers, pump stations, mine explosions and even sleeping guards as they use their pistols to rack up as many points as possible.

A part of me wishes they wouldve kept the ride original... i feel like adding the targets and all the extra moving things made the ride fall apart quicker.... ive noticed over the years most animations quit working and never were fixed... sad to see but non the less i love the ride but definitley not the Flooded Mine i rode when i was a small child
