BUT The biggest fear for him is his mother.
Because he thinks she will resent him very much bc he cut her tree and ate the apple. He thinks she will resent him if he meets her. (mu AU. NOT CANON)

Nim you're no-one to talk about nightmare honestly-
For those who don't know:
1-nim is the guardian of the tree of feelings canon name
2-she see all mortals as just rotten apples
3- never cared to have an actual relationship with her kids
4- she only teached the twins how to take care of the tree she never teach them anything else for them to learn life lessons nor emm you know general survival-
5- she appeared around the tree to teach the twins like I said before but then again she don't give a shit about her child feelings nor anything and she also didn't tell them that touch eachothers apples will cause a whole lot of chaos-
6- she haunt nightmare from time to time to try to convince him to give her the apple
7- she also appeared haunting nightmare in an ask while nightmare was trying to kill dream- it's necessary to say that she didn't care about dream safety and only cared for the apple he have no?

I will also add some other facts about her:
•she is one of the 3 guardians of the trees of the multiverse the other two are quetzalcoalt and lanny who guard the tree of life and the tree of magic respectively
• lanny and nim were apparently in good terms and lanny seems to miss her in the other hand she was apparently in bad terms with him- I will talk about it in a second
• quetzalcoat is suspected to be the one that ordered to kill nim (for some unkown reason) he apparently created the human with the power to kill guardian's to kill her and he also wasn't present when it was happening (quetzal be sus)
• nim expected the twins to be a guardian replacement (which they technically are) and didn't expect them to be baby balls of light
• the guy that kill her that we are going to call Ray because he don't have canon name even if he is important in dreamtale lore!?- apparently visit her a lot before they're final battle were they kill each other
• when Ray was killed his energy was absorbed for the tree of feelings (the negative side) and nobody notice did (yeah nim the spirit of the tree didn't notice either somehow)
•Ray is the voice that tell nightmare to eat the apples (and yea corrupted nightmare is not parasite fam that just fanon even joku said that she dislike the idea- nightmare is canonically a thing a mass of pure negative energy with conscience and a personality based in some of his old personality and some of his old self memories but is not a parasite)

Edit: the angst with his mother is canon yet I never see many gachatubers do this angst only with the one where they meet nim and it's with dream too.

I mean- canonically Corrupted Nightmare is the guy that got sent to kill Nim in the past, when he got killed by her his spirit got trapped in the negative part of the tree and he told (passive) Nightmare to eat the apples. So it kinda makes sense for her to be mad
