You do realize that lapis flew across galaxy in a period that is estimated to be from 1 week - 1 month, that's faster than the speed of light
Also in terms of abilities Lapis has 1-flight 2-hydrokinesis 3-Cryokinesis 4- cloning while Spinel only has elasticity
And in terms of endurance there is no evidence as to who has higher levels of that
Also I would like to mention that Lapis easily solod the crystal gems while cracked (almost shattered) and Spinel couldn't defeat them unless she has her rejuvenator
