In this episode, I am showing you how to generate a quick ASCII Art using NOISE node and String Text Characters that is procedurally generated in Geometry Nodes.

I have done similar thing in the past using SVerchok nodes. This time, we do it using pure Blender and Geometry Nodes.

The idea is to REMAP Noise value into each character index that represent a grayscale value for our ASCII Art.

Nice, when we have Solidify as a node it will be much faster as it will only need to solidify the instance references. And then you can use scaling on the local Z to get different thickness with the same geometry. :)
