As 'great' as the media makes out Vini's season to be, he had underwhelming numbers, only scoring 26 goals and 12 assists in around 50 games (for both brazil and madrid). He also wasnt even Madrid's best player for the first half of the season, and really only took the spotlight after the UCL semis. Also he didnt win RMA best player of the seaosn, or La Liga player of the season. Even though Rodri also wasn't, he isnt an attacking player so its hard for him to win these awards
