What about people that have to go to dialysis every other day? They can't quarantine. Then the staff has to go to run the dialysis centers. Will there be enough staff to replace those that get sick?

Companies are telling the employees that they don't need masks if they're not infected however the vice president just said the hospital workers need the mask even though they're not infected. What's really going on here
