In the Netherlands we have a fast-food item that you can order at Turkish or Moroccan (etcetera) fast food spot, called a doner box or kapsalon which can either be served with a base of french fries (chips) or rice, topped with your choice of meat (doner, shaorma, chicken, lamb) or falafel, topped with cheese which is then melted followed by sliced lettuce, cucumber, onions and tomatoes on top with a garlic sauce and or hot sauce

It is so cool to see young ladies enjoying a dish as much as Sarah-Garinne-and Nicole. I'm a chef in a high-end restaurant in New Jersey, and most of the time the young ladies order the tiniest dishes. Watching the three ladies munching away in noticeable bliss gets a huge thumbs up from me. I'd love to prepare some of the crab-fries, or Philly cheese-steak fries for this crew! Seamus would be in seventh heaven!

My favorite late night meal as a resident. The grill in the hospital would open at midnight for night workers. You could get a plate of hash browns smothered in green chile(a Colorado staple) with shredded cheese topped with 2 over medium eggs. Heavenly!

Here in the states, Jack in the Box is constantly doing some sort of Loaded thing. They call them Sauced and Loaded. We've had Sauced & Loaded Fries, Curly Fries, Mini Tacos, Spicy or Regular Chicken Nuggets, and currently they have Sauced and Loaded Spicy or classic Popcorn Chicken.

Try "Coney Fries", Super common in Detroit style "Coney Islands". They're also known as chili-cheese fries (no bean chili) and cheese sauce (Velveeta or other processed cheese sauce.)
