Superb machine.
The one I have is bit noisy and long hair get curled in the bristles and in the roller. So difficult to use clean every time. Hope this doesn’t have such a problem. 😢

Its sad that Narwal stopped after sales and services in India, I am afraid of buying Narwal product in India just because if anything happens we have to reach out US website,
Many reviews shows after sales are very bad Narwal stopped after sales services in India, but the products are available on Online shopping Platforms, many customers product especially this one in particular cant be replaced or maintained just because there is no one to contact or reach out to, only us websites and no response or lousy response
No ones product got replaced and maintained
Once you buy it if anything happens on warranty period this company cant do anything if you were in India
Thats a major drawback
