I am surprised that Highland cows didn’t make the list?
Meh, I don’t think I would consider them pets. Definitely more comfortable to be around than a normal size cow. A normal size cow makes me uneasy but I think I could handle being around a ‘mini-cow’.
I have already decided on the highland cattle breed, the only thing I am concerned about is the horns. Some of the other breeds look interesting, might get a mini-dexter or jersey to cross with a highland.

There's TONS of things one could do with that much milk! Ice cream, yummy gourmet cream cheese, butter, even powdered grass fed milk. It could chow on the micro greens... Could one just plant the wheat grass seeds into the ground, water it and let it go to seed? Then move the cows into the space and plant more greens in the other space. So they come in white with black spots?
Oh! And a bell! She's gotta have a bell!
