Thank you for sharing this story to your audience. As Christian and Congolese myself, my heart broke when my family told me about this story last week. Although this even was completely ignored by English speaking media, specially in western countries, some French speaking media, particularly in Africa, only few in europe spoke about that in France and Belgium.
Yes DR Congo is one of the biggest christian nation in the world and we faced persecutions for years but we never lose hope in Christ even when everything seemed lost for us. We never lose hope in Christ. Radical islam has tried to set foothold in congo but has failed even when it used violence against us. We always say "Congo eza mboka ya yesu" which means "congo is jesus' country". Pray for us brothers and sisters in Christ.
