Theory on Santania’s dog:

“The Hand of God”—no way Heaven would allow her to have that fear…meaning that is an inherent flaw, the best they COULD do is a clairvoyant angel, but fears unleashed dogs. Other angels may not, but they just aren’t as powerful enough to attain higher ranks.

My guess? This dog IS (a) Cererbus.

Consider: able to seemingly appear out of no where, likes Satania since she is a demon and strikes fear into angels. If Gabriel’s sister is truly clairvoyant she can see through the dog’s Earthly disguise.
