At first i felt like i would never do it, i just kept dying and dying, and stopped trying for a day or two and after that i beated it, next day i tried it again and got it first try. If anyone is reading this im telling u that this works but u will need to practice it at first but trust me you will get it.

If you guys wonder why the merry weather mission sucks you have to swim under water to a kostaka fight about 50 people find sonar jammer then leave the get killed by npcs in boats and helicopters that have aimbot so listen to him and take the time to get the office

If you are looting at the airstrip, then you should only need one bullet. You can sneak behind the guard by the hangar, then once you get to the door, just slip into the hangar, then once you are done looting from the hangar, just time your run, wait for the guard to pass the door, than pass through as quick as you can. For the other loot location, once you are on the building overlooking the loot spawn, shoot out the camera, then time your run. Wait for the guard that's on the stairs to look the other way, then run to the loot. Once you're done looting from that spot, wait for the same guard to turn the other way, then run as fast as you can and jump over the wall. You can get all the loot from the airstrip without killing anyone.

A better way to leave the island is after you leave to compound, shoot the guy with the bike, hop on, and then drive fast straight south to the little peninsula portion of the island that sticks out the furthest south and closest to the edge of the map. No need to stop and shoot the guy in the jeep. If you go straight down you will miss him by a mile. Just veer to the right of the helicopter pad, try not to hit any trees or those hardened steel bushes, and jump in to the water. From there keep swimming southward and within less than a minute you will fade to the ending cut scene. This is by FAR the quickest and safest way to leave the island. Especially if you are struggling with finishing under 15 minutes for the elite challenge.

For the cutting torch, you dont have to kill the guards, theres a hard hat that spawns at each construction sites and it works as a disguise

Guys just do the replay glitch and you can get like 1.5 mil every time you do it. It only takes like 0-11 minutes depending on how fast you are and if you keep replaying it you can get like 10 million and hour or more depending on the primary target. I use this and its so helpful

my first time doing this went terribly wrong. the first guard at the hangar tanked 5 headshots and still activated the alarm. Of course, i died.
Edit: Once again, i got caught. This time in the compound, it seems like they changed something about where guards are.
Edit 2: I finally managed it, it was stormy though so my boat went out of render distance so i had to swim like 20 minutes and i had a few close calls with the Juggernaut. But i managed it!
Some tips for Beginners:
-For the first time doing this you will spawn on a party, so just do the stuff that he did after landing with his plane.
-First time starting the Heist it wont cost you the 100k

Every time i get to 11:37 in the video and get there in the game, the guard is always looking in the direction of the fence and bushes. I cant hide anywhere to wait for him to move either because of the guard to my back right that would see me. HELP! 😢
