My daughter saw this carbonara ramen recipe, while adding the spices do add a little milk and heat a little until creamy as it’s carbonara. The flavour gets even better . Do try this way too . And after adding milk it won’t be as spicy as before ( milk is added as much as the water you leave after straining the noodles )

If you find the cream carbonara spicy then you have 0 spice tolerance because the cream carbonara flavor actually tastes sweet.

Near my house there is a tibetan market and we get all the samyang ramen for 90 rupees, i have tried all of them and my favourite is the black coloured pack which is hot chicken flavour
