Creamy Rice Pudding

There are many ways to make rice pudding. Give this simple method a try! No eggs needed.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup of rice
1 cup of water
Dash of salt
2 cups of milk whole
1/4 tsp. of vanilla extract
Dash of cinnamon
1 Tablespoon butter
1/3 cup of white granulated sugar
2 Tablespoons corn starch dissolved in 2 Tablespoons water

Love rice pudding. Never knew about adding cornstarch; next time I will definitely add. In my country we add a little lemon or lime peel.

I’ve never had to add cornstarch to my rice pudding. Rice pudding thickens up a lot on its own.
