You forgot to mention the trap card “Mistake” that it’s effect is “Neither player can add cards from there deck to there hand except by drawing them” and it’s a continuous trap card

If you think about Thunder King Rai-oh you should think about mistake and mistaken Arrest too
Mistake was Main decked in some zoo Decks and i do like to Side deck mistaken Arrest in eldlich dragoon

Regarding to anti-graveyard tech cards, you could use our lord and savio, The End of Anubis... You deck needs to be able to summon him though (for examble if you are able to spare you normal summon). Of course, it is possible that it will negate a part of your deck too.

Imagine advertising Collosus returning to the game when it literally got banned for multiple reasons:

1. It was a balancing system for Engage that didn't actually work in the grand scheme of things, but admittedly it was kind of a rock-paper scissors situation. Still, when Engage dies, so should Collosus since he powercreeps anything weaker than a triple searchable not Once Per Turn ''Pot Of Greed''.
2. Master Rule 5 was coming up, making the abuse of Collosus all too threatening
3. It was a gatekeeper card that made no sense to be in the game as is to begin with, since it literally locked a massive part of the card pool out of any playable or competitive relevance
4. There is this thing ''Nemeses Corridor'', that is a searchable, splashable...one card Collosus for any deck. Even at 1, Collosus can terrorise most decks, including the ones we have today. Corridor also doesn't require a normal summon to get Collosus out. So everyone and their mother would have access to Collosus with virtually no effort or card resource investment, while Thunder would have Collosus and new chaos support. Have fun with that.

Conclusion: The card was and is too powerful to return to the game, and if there is a God, it never will.

''Konami doesn't like Thunders I guess'' is not a way to explain it at all...
