Unknown Autoimmunity?

Often times, patients come to see me with symptoms that leave them stumped. 

They have already been to the gamet of "ologist's" (endocrinologist, cardiologist, gastroenterologist etc) and yet there seems to be "nothing wrong"

They come to me looking for Functional Medicine Blood work, they want ALL the testing done, of course we do it because without this type of testing, we are missing gaps in your health.

The results come back and show a positive "ANA" (Anti-Nuclear Antibody) without any other findings.

What does this mean? 

Why would the ANA be positive yet nothing else seems to be coming up?

Do you have any concerns about the covid vaccine and having a positive ana/autoimmune condition? There doesn't seem to be alot of research out there.
