I did fire that gun, and the TOW missiles, and I drove it. But that was back in 1985. The modern Bradley is far more lethal with upgraded targeting systems and a new 25 MM with more muzzle velocity. Also it has the iron fist protection system that makes it far more survivable than the Bradley I was in.

I'll never forget my first LUNG FULL of "discharge" as a driver when I got to my first field exercise at Ft. Hood, TX.❤😂 The driver door doesn't completely seal, I learned that, THAT day!! I drove for my platoon commander (LT.)..I was a pretty squared away private, I got there almost instantly got my E-2 and was chosen by my 3rd platoon LT to be his driver. Good times, that 1st field experience was something else!!😂 Spent fumes have a unique smell AND taste!!😂😂😂❤
