Okay, now that we know what planet that we are at, my idea is less related to Halo 4. But, back to your question, we destroyed the installation 0, along with 3 halo rings. The large ark is just called the ark.

@JollyToaster it said there were 12 halos in anniversary and 2 arks in primordium. the lesser ark created halos 10, 000 kilometers in diameter and the greater ark created halo's 30, 000.
