can you detaily explain on each individual roles and responsibility, education qualification, salary, ruling period of time, types of funds they get for development, age limitations  , how much approx they distribute at the time of elections for getting elected, what are the sources they earn a part of the salary, to whom we have to report if they are not performing well in consistency, what is CM funds, MLA funds, MP funds etc how this funds are divided and distributed and how can we track it, what are there powers and  limitations (means with in the limits like consistency or full state/country)
