Huge fan of the Oceanographer, it's one of those watches where specs don't matter and you just want to get it because of the cool factor.

Such a great looking watch. Definitely has a Doxa vibe to it. It’s to bad at this price they didn’t use a better bracelet and movement. The bracelet felt very Seiko SKXish and the movement should have been the higher grade then the Miyota 821D

I picked up the red version a couple of years ago on eBay brand new full kit for the unheard of price of $310.
The other must have Bulova purchase is of course the Lunar Pilot (commemorative box set) and that one I picked up on Amazon prime day 2019 for $215..Amazon’s regular price at the time was $325. If you know what you want and can be patient and scour all the selling sites great deals will drop in your lap.
Just picked up the Seiko Save the Ocean turtle version at Kohl’s on clearance for $145 as well.

Just picked this one up. Wore it for a week straight. Great size and feel.

I don't understand Bulova. I would buy that watch in a sec if it had a high frequency quartz movement in it. Just started cleaning up an old family Omega HFQ. It runs amazing and the sweeping seconds hand is so smooth.

I have had one to look at and review against the full size model, the orange is popping and difficult to capture on camera. Bought one for myself now and an easier wear than the larger earlier release. Shame the movement was not upgraded to at least hacking though, my Citizen promaster ny0040 has the myota 8204 that does hack and that only cost me £155 Sterling. Great watch though and unique dial (as far as I know!)
