I was contacted by a recruiter about a job opportunity that I was so excited about because it’s actually a field I’ve been dying to get back into (Biotechnology) but just finding these jobs are hard af. I contacted him again but nothing… he wanted me to send my resume and info to him but I told him no that I wanted to talk about the job and ensure it’s legit. Still waiting to hear back so idk about this one…

I've definitely been ghosted by recruiters before, and I "learned" not to lean on them or otherwise pursue them for results. Not that I feel that all recruiters are bad or evil (I wouldn't be here otherwise!), but my experiences have not been productive. Go Capitalism! lol!
