Brilliant recipe. Could you make a video of how to make sweet and spicy duck head. I leave in Singapore and I usually buy it from China Town, the taste is awesome, I would love to learn how to cook that sweet and spicy duck head to eat sometimes. Can't wait for the video and thank you very much
