These Are the Precon Face Commanders from Bloomburrow!

For Magic's next set Bloomburrow, there are four commander precons focused around various mechanics and themes. I break down the four face commanders and talk about the types of decks they lead for this new set including Squirrels, Offspring, Group Hug, and Artifacts/Enchantments.

Quick update, Bello only works on artifacts and enchantments with mana value 4 or greater, which I apparently didn’t say, but did show in the video, so I just wanted to clear that up here.

Also me showing reclamation sage for Zinnia was silly with it not being green. I guess my brain was stuck on Riku there.

Those are both my bad, and I just wanted to clarify here, I always try to be mistake free, but sometimes things happen 😂.

I can't stop thinking about how weird Offspring is flavor-wise, but also how weird Offspring works with the Legend rule. Like, imagine it. You cast an Urza, Lord Protector, and you pay the offspring cost. Suddenly, Urza gives birth to an almost identical version of himself, except he's much smaller. Urza then is forced to name the baby after himself, and then the legend rule kicks in, saying either he or the baby has to be eliminated from the fabric of reality. That's...a bit disturbing.

Definitely gonna want noncreature tokens in that Squirrel deck. Tapping Clues or maybe even Role tokens could be unexpected mana that doesn’t leave you open for attack

Definitely getting the Squirrel precon. I'm planning on doing a weird Ygra commander + Squirrels as the main creature type deck that focuses on nuking my own creatures to tron Ygra up for a bunch of commander damage
