Crazy big news Ryan- congratulations! Both on the house and the new studio opportunity! It certainly is fun having your own studio, and the fact that it’ll be attached to a store is all that much cooler (or dangerous) depending how you look at it 😂

I haven’t ventured that far south of the Canadian boarder these last few years, but maybe a trip to Orlando will have to be on the horizon when the store opens!

We have a good 3rd party store here in Overland Park Kansas. You can buy New/used sets, minifigs, and bulk Lego...they buy the Lego from people selling it, clean it and dump it into big plastic sterilite-style containers. They charge per pound for bulk..It's a great experience...I'm not sure though if this is the same type of store you're going to be involved with..

Congrats on the exciting news, both businesswise and personal! I think bringing in Sands (or someone) as an expert on certain Lego themes (assuming he's knowledgeable about them) is certainly worth trying out. Regarding Sands specifically, your audience is already familiar with him, and he comes across well on camera, so he's probably a good guineapig for trying it out. Although, I do think that a segment in the beginning of the video together with you would be for the better in order for the transition to be less harsh and kind of set the tone for the video so that he wouldn't need to "carry it" all by himself. My suggestion would be to consider filming the end together first, where you both share your thoughts and compare your impressions, and then for Sands to film the main segment afterwards when he's "warmed up" to how to present the set, and then perhaps use some clips or teasers from the last segment or a bit between you guys for the first segment, and also have an intro together. Anyway, I'm looking forward to seeing how it pans out and hope it works well! All the best from Norway
