Can you please explain or create a video on what is PR, how to create a PR & how does it go for approval? In organizations PR always have to get approved before it gets deployed?

sir I need help, how do I use this github project, "animepahe-dl" by KevCui, I cannot post the link here because Youtube auto deletes comment if it has github link, when I try using it in gitbash on windows it says, "[ERROR] jq command not found!" I am a complete beginner in doing this way of downloading anime, so I hope someone helps me out, all other youtubers I asked did not reply to me. Please make a full tutorial for noob beginners like me.
