It was bad enough that Biden babbled and bumbled his way through his address to the Coast Guard.  Confusing the wording on the old Ronald Reagan joke didn't get any laughs.  However, the icing on the cake was when he quoted communist Chinese dictator Mao Tse Tung saying, "There's an old Chinese proverb that women hold up half the world..."

Biden couldn't even get the wording right on that.  It should have been "half the sky."  But, how the heck do you quote Mao to our military???  We've come a long way, baby!!!
