Excuse me! If Busted didn't split up, i think Jonas Brothers band wouldn't have the opportunity. If Jonas Brothers is great, why not release their first own original song to hit? Why a song of other band? This is because somehow they leveraged on Busted's songs. When Charlie left Busted and with only the two left James and Matt, it affected the charisma of a "trio" to breakthrough on a worldwide fame. But what if Busted kept their band and Charlie didn't leave, what would have happened? Will Jonas Brothers have the opportunity?

But i analyzed that james bourne is wise because by pitching the song to Jonas Brothers while Busted was on its downs, he created a "horcrux-like" effect to keep the song and Busted immortal until the time Charlie returned to Busted.. So Jonas Brothers is a horcrux of Busted. You know what im trying to say..

What led to them making this song was ripping off another band who already made it
