Well it is 5 years later and these works are absolutely glorious. These are the most colourful black and white paintings I have ever seen. How those colour bars makes the whole painting seem to be filled with colour is amazing. Just fantastic work. The smaller pieces are real gems too.

High modernism that is unfashionable now but will have its day again.  Magnificent art works, nonetheless.
