the phone never prompted me to type in the iccid or the imei number on the bottom of the box so i can receive calls and stuff. how do i get it to do that?

In this day and age, I don't care what make/model of phone it is or whether it's a flagship, mid-range or budget phone, there's no excuse for a device to not have a minimum of 64gb internal storage! 32gb is unacceptable today - before you even initially use the phone, half of the storage is used up!!

Crappy phone, touch screen delayed, volume sucks if you're Bluetooth through home speakers. It's even crappier if you have boost mobile for a carrier. I switched my daughter over to Verizon. Switched her to the iPhone. Far as TV's goes never had them and after my daughter experience I never will try them out.
