Moot point when Electric Car manufacturers raise the cost plus TAX CREDITS (you have to have money to burn in this economy) are only good for EV's made here.

So, what you’re really saying is, corporations that can afford millions to invest in green energy will reap the most rewards when it comes to tax benefits? How does this help the average American still paying astronomical prices to utility providers for services that have payed for themselves 10 fold decades ago? How does “taxing the rich” work when they can already afford to not pay any taxes at all?

Instead of increasing the tax rate, how about getting rid of the incentives that encourage haphazard legal tax evasion that only the rich can afford to not pay through those incentives?

What does "going green" and cutting taxes do to reduce the amount of money they printed to pay off debts? if anything giving out more money instead of burning it to deflate just makes it worse.
