Awww, I went to elementary school with Ming (he was Ming Hao Tsai by his full name). Great kid then, great chef now!

I watched Simply Ming on pbs for a long time, but I always found he used ingredients I couldn’t find in my kitchen or even at the store. It’s nice to see him use “normal” ingredients for a change…
