WisEye Morning Minute: Health Tech Leaders on Coordinated COVID-19 Efforts

"This happened incredibly fast from idea to execution. It just had to be, we were moving with great speed," Jake Orville, general manager of Pipeline for Exact Sciences, said about the lab's coordinated COVID-19 efforts with other health tech leaders at a recent Wisconsin Technology Council panel. Orville also talked about their COVID-19 test development workflow and how the FDA opened their authorization process to expedite the process. "Just that process alone allows us to still stick to quality, still make sure what we put out there is highly accurate, but still allows the burden, if you will, on the outcomes and the trials to be put aside for this emergency use situation."
