#MWP: When they discuss the importance of time worth of money, it's one of my favorite parts of the video. I am someone who does not know how to properly spend my money. This film will motivate us, particularly millennials, to save money today to safeguard our future. Money's value is determined by its current value, hence it is preferable to have money now rather than later.

#MWP: This episode made me realize how necessary to understand the time value of money since in this generation, we always want to buy things even when they are not necessary. This lecture help me to realized that preparing for the future is essential, especially when it comes to saving money to purchase your own possessions, such as a home, car, and other things that you need. Since it is difficult to make money, we must be prudent with our spending. Therefore, we must learn how to manage our money and spend it wisely while we are still young.

Generation Z was raised with the idea that the value of money fluctuates due to a variety of variables such as inflation, and this video reaffirmed the need of saving and investing early in order to have a particular amount of money in 10 years' time. Fortunately, I had already obtained health insurance, which made me feel good about my decision.

Having fun occasionally is fine, especially when we're young, but let's not lose sight of the need of balancing our present with our future. At the same time, we can be conservative and aggressive. Ika nga, work now, play later!

#MWP: After watching this episode, I've realized that saving money is very important to each and eveyone. It helps me to know the importance of saving and spending money in a proper way. It helps me a lot to know that earning money is very hard so we should spend it properly. Especially nowadays, value of everything we need increases so we should practice a better decision on how and where we spend money because our sake of our future will be in our own hand.

This is a good start up for student like me to be financial wise so that we can be financial secure. I have realized that saving money alone is not enough because along the process we should also consider the time value of it as the value of money that we have today can have an influence onto the value of money that we will have in the future. In order for us to gain, we must take a risk. Provided money can earn interest, this core principle of finance holds that any amount of money is worth more the sooner it is received. At the most basic level, the time value of money demonstrates that, all things being equal, it is better to have money now rather than later. Time is literally money. The value of the money you have now is not the same as it will be in the future. Knowing how to determine TVM by calculating present and future value can help you distinguish between the worth of investments that offer returns at different times.
