I bought the iX4 secondhand. iscooterglobal refused to provide any support (just help information, not a warranty claim) without the original invoice number. They claim to need this but if that was the case the scooters would have serial numbers. In short there is bugger all aftersales support.

iScooter ma bardzo, bardzo słaby serwis. Słaby to naprawdę delikatnie powiedziane. Moja i9 pro popsuła się po 2 miesiącach. Stan wizualny idealny, aż żal było ją wysyłać. Wtedy jeszcze nie wiedziałem co mnie czeka. Po miesiącu w serwisie napisali, że przyślą mi inną używaną. Sik! Z czymś takim się jeszcze nie spotkałem. Nie zgodziłem się. I tak ją przysłali. Nie dość, że przyszła zwykła i9 a nie i9 pro to z połamanymi plastykami, poobdzierana. Wstyd i hańba dla iScooter. Walczę z nimi ale to jakby pisać ze słoniem. Ja swoje a oni mi na to, że będę zadowolony i oferują 20 Euro rabatu. Całkowita utrata zaufania do firmy. Sami oceńcie czy chcecie ładować kasę w takie urządzenie. Kupiłem dla syna i wyszło jak wyszło. Całe wakacje nie ma na czym jeździć. Napiszę ten tekst pod każdym filmem z iScooter. Mam nadzieję, że uratuję kogoś przed pochopnym wyborem tej marki.

The iScooter has very, very poor service. Weak is really to put it mildly. My i9 pro broke down after 2 months. The visual condition was perfect, it was a pity to send it. At that time, I did not know what awaited me. After a month, they wrote on the website that they would send me another used one. Sik! I have not encountered anything like this before. I did not agree. And so they sent it. Not only did the regular i9 come and not the i9 pro, but it was also with broken plastics, ragged. Shame and disgrace for iScooter. I fight them, but it's like writing with an elephant. I gave mine and they told me that I would be happy and offered me 20 Euro discount. Complete loss of trust in the company. Judge for yourself if you want to load your cash in such a device. I bought it for my son and it turned out as it turned out. There is nothing to ride on the whole holiday. I'll write this text under every iScooter video. I hope that I will save someone from a hasty choice of this brand.
