I just did this with my Alocasia Amazonica, 4 corms, 3 sprouted roots. One now has its first leave and just went into soil. I see another is getting ready to get its first leaf too. This was my first try at germinating corms.

I have a Alocasia Zebrina. New to me. Extremely sensitive heifer. I get a new leaf and lose a leaf. It's in a north window, not sure if that's why 🤷‍♀️

I bought an Alocasia amazonica as a present for my son 2 years ago. He neglects it most of the time and it thrives on and on 😂 I repottet it and planted two babies in extra pots. They grow larger and larger. Beautiful healthy plants ❤

I just reported mine 3 days ago. Seen at least 6 of them in the roots. Wish I knew this before.

I repotted my Alocasia and found 15! And it's all in one year, because last year I found 13, though they unfortunately didn't grow except one.

I just re potted my alocasia polly and found 8 corns. I have them in a container in moss. It's only been 3 days, so I'll see what the little heifers are gonna do.😊

I saw this while replanting the other day and left it in the pot. What will happen to it if I leave it there? Will I be able to get it next time? Is alocasia the only plant that does this?
