Is He Worthy? - Piano Cover - Shane & Shane

I realize this is a cover of a cover. I prefer the Shane's version mostly because that's the version we do at my church so I am used to it. And the way I play this song fits more with the Shane's version.

I am using a piano, rhodes, and two pads. The verses are pretty standard. There's the moving part that is just like the recording with a couple variations. For the chorus I go to a higher octave part, for two reasons. First, it follows the top of the chords as it walks up, which I think sounds really nice. Secondly, it gives space and allows the electric guitar part to pop out more. In the second chorus I jump around a lot, which I feel adds some energy and tension as the song moves toward the end, where I just do simple diamonds to help make it feel powerful.

Again, this is a cover with some variations - not my attempt to copy it perfectly. This is just how I play it. I believe that playing it this way will give more room to the guitarists/other instruments, while also giving some character to the piano part.
