hi Tom, great channel, quick question on technique if possible, is it allowable to mute bass strings with thumb in exam or is pick accuracy required? (in reference to strumming power chords A, B, etc.) thanks in advance.

The acoustic grade 1 syllabus only shows knowledge of B5, A5 and D5 power chords yet this song contains a F#5. Very odd!
