Reed Hastings, co-founder and co-CEO of Netflix, is stepping down, the streaming giant announced Thursday. He will step into a new role as executive chairman. 1. Gay men or women in every single program.

2. Bi-Racial couples in every single program.

3. Transgender people in every single program.

4. White people portrayed as stupid Rubes or white supremacists in every single production.

5. Black people victimized or reflecting on their past victimization as portrayed in every single program.

6. Climate Change and it's existential threat to humanity.
