I love that neighbor that came up and got the two brothers all riled up and then when all is set and done, he'll be in the wind, and these two brothers are going to have to deal with this problem on their own. They were listening to the booters initially, but that guy got them all hyped up. Useless.

I stopped watching at 1:24. He has an entitled attitude; He didn’t pay his tickets, didn’t go to court to even try to make a payment plan, and now he wants the boot off AND a payment plan. Here is an idea; Start driving/parking legally and you won’t be ‘inconvenienced’ by a boot and $625 in tickets.
