The main purpose of this game is too regain a fan base considering the original Destiny has lost the majority of players that had played since the game had came out.

It's on the same engine: DLC.
This is what Call of Duty does, new game but same engine... Call of Duty still runs on the Quake engine from 1996... it quite sad.
