I heard Aba Abdillah (pbuh) say: "The Qaim has a likeness to Joseph.” I said: “It is as if you are mentioning a confusion or an absence.” He said to me: “And how can this nation deny that, this nation that resemble pigs, the brothers of Joseph were tribes sons of prophets who traded Joseph and sold him and they spoke to him while they are his siblings and he is their sibling yet they did not recognise him until Joseph (pbuh) said to them: “I am Joseph.” So how can this cursed nation deny that God Almighty would at one point in time conceal His proof [the Qaim], Joseph was the King of Egypt, and between him and father was a distance of 18 days of walking, if God would have wanted him to know his location he would have decreed that, by God Jacob and his sons walked for nine days from their tribes to Egypt when they received the glad tidings, how can this nation deny that God would do to his proof [the Qaim] like he did to Joseph, that he would be walking in their markets and step on their lands while they do not recognise him, until God Almighty gives permission that he reveals himself to them just like he gave permission to Joseph when He said: “Do you remember what you did to Joseph and his brother in your ignorance? They replied ˹in shock˺, “Are you really Joseph?” He said, “I am Joseph, and here is my brother.”
