For inverse transformation at 9:14 its not direct integration...there is more to that. substitute the F(u) from forward transform. you wont get the same equation

The Inverse Fourier Transform is integration with respect to 'u' and not 'x'.

@ 9:30 If you use u.x in the exponential, then use u.x again in the Euler-equation! Using only k in the Euler-equation is wrong and it confuses many people! If you want to use k (bad choice), then write k.x in the Euler-equation. By the way, don't jump for 1D continous FT to 2D discrete FT. Poor again. Stop making videos! You can't teach.
