I attended the Association for Project Management annual conference on 8 June 2023. And there is so much I want to share with you.

Not everyone can attend a big conference like this, but it was hugely worthwhile. So, in this ad hoc Livestream, I'll go through my notes, to share the most valuable things I learned.

Hear about:
🥇 The second largest PM organization's priorities for the profession?
🧪 A transformative attitude to leading change
🎉 What makes social projects succeed
🧐 The impact of Data Analytics on our profession
🧭 New (to me) insights on Project Leadership
🤼‍ What happened when APM and PMI shared a public stage for the first time

As is often the case, many of the things the speakers kicked-off my own thoughts. So, this is a personal perspective.

A while back, I asked Project Managers in a couple of forums what material things you need to have, to do your job as a Project Manager. They responded magnificently. I compiled their answers into a Kit list.
