One reason why Barbara O'Neill is a healer is because of her gentle voice. She can say things authoritatively while still speaking softly, lovingly. The loud harsh voice that tries to embellish what she says (which is not necessary, because she has already said it perfectly clearly), is jarring and works against healing. I don't care for the "new, improved, expanded" versions of Barbara's videos. The images might be helpful, but the "Let me clarify, just in case Barbara was unclear" voice is offputting... very offputting.
