Yes i think you provided wrong information about converting from cgpa to percentage which is (CGPA - 0.75) * 10

Cgpa to percentage calculation is given in document tht.
% = (cgpa - 0.75)*10. But u said
% = (cgpa) *9.5..which one should we follow?
